Please bring your official receipt and the item in its original, complete packaging to process your return.
iPhones, iPads, and other Apple devices come with a 1-year international warranty.
Most accessories are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty for other devices follows the respective manufacturer's policy. Please check the product documentation.
To claim warranty, please present your official receipt and the warranty card provided upon purchase.
You can use the search bar at the top right of the page. Click the icon, start typing a product name, brand, or model, and matching results will appear instantly.
Under the "OUR PRODUCTS" section, you'll find category buttons like "IPHONE", "LAPTOP", etc. Click on any of these to see all products in that category. You can use the arrow buttons to scroll through the products.
Simply click the "View Details" button on any product card. A window will pop up showing more images, specifications, and pricing information.
Go to the "Reservations" page from the top menu. You can fill out the form to reserve a product. Please note that reservations are subject to stock availability and confirmation from our team.

Provide your name, contact number, and email so we can reach you.
Items over ₱1,000: A fee of ₱500-₱1,000 per item is required. Upload proof of payment. Items ₱1,000 or less: No fee needed!
Agree to the terms, submit your form, and wait for our confirmation email before visiting the store.

Your reservation is valid for 7 days from the date of confirmation. Please collect your item and pay the remaining balance within this period.
Failure to collect your item within the 7-day period will result in the cancellation of your reservation. The reservation fee is non-refundable for expired reservations.
You can pay the reservation fee through our designated payment channels. You must upload a proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot of the transaction) in the reservation form.
The remaining balance must be paid in full upon collection of the product at our store.
Please bring a valid government-issued ID for verification purposes. If you paid a reservation fee, also have a copy of your proof of payment ready.
